A rare treat. 100% Nebbiolo, all organically grown and fermented with ambient yeast in large format, neutral oak barrels. Matured for 5 years between barrel and bottle in producer's cellar before release.  A true "baby Barbaresco", this wine could say Barbaresco on the label but gets "Langhe Nebbiolo" designation because star wine maker Luca Roagna holds his wine back for as long as necessary "until its ready".  For context, his "Barbaresco" sells for around $200/btl!
