Filipa Pato "3B"- Baga and Bical grapes, all biodynamically grown in Bairrada, Portugal. Bone-dry, snappy and fresh with good zip. Tiny bubbles.

Foradori "Lezer" 2024: 100% Teroldego from Trentino, Italia. All biodynamically grown, hand-harvested grapes, naturally fermented in neutral tanks. From small, family farm/winery in foothills of the Dolomites! Incredible purity of fruit and mountain mineral freshness. Chill-able, juicy and acid-driven. Very food friendly. Mushroom risotto! Sanguineto "Rosso di Montepulciano" 2024-Prugnolo Gentile (aka Sangiovese), all biodynamically grown in Montepulciano, Toscana, Italia. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrels. Medium-bodied with soft acidity. Nice with slight chill!
