Gran Familia: 100%Tempranillo from Rioja, Spain. Sustainably farmed, fermented in neutral tanks. Very easy-drinking, medium-bodied with dark fruit, soft tannins, restrained alcohol at 12.5%ABV.
Villa Pillo "Cinghalino": Cabernet Franc, Merlot from Toscana, Italia. Medium-bodied, mouthfilling, "house red" in the spirit of a vino di tavola. Spaghetti and meatballs on a Wednesday? Perfect.
Le Marie "Debarges": 100% Nebbiolo, all organically grown in Pinerolese, western Piemonte, Italia. Rose petal/violets, cherries.. fine tannins and fresh acidity. Try with Dave's fresh pasta and wild mushroom ragu!
Ercole: Cortese and Chardonnay, sustainably grown in Piemonte, Italia. Fermented in neutral tanks. Crisp and balanced, with green-apple freshness. A one-liter bottle! So... more wine for the table!

Cascina delle Rose: "A Elizabeth": 100% Dolcetto D'Alba from Piemonte, Italia. All organically grown, hand-harvested , naturally fermented in neutral tanks. From small, family farm/winery in Neive, Barbaresco! Incredible purity of fruit and freshness. Very food friendly, palate-cleansing acidity. Mushroom risotto!
Laherte Freres "Rose de Meunier"- 100% Pinot Meunier from small plots in Sud d'Epernay and Vallee de la Marne in Champagne, France. Extra Brut =very dry. Expressive with fresh-picked red berry fruit, blood orange, mint, minerals. Vinous and lingering palate. Absolutely delicious.
Tiberio Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo- 100% Montepulciano from Abruzzo, Italia. "Red-wine-lovers rose". Juicy black cherry/berry with savory undertones, soft acidity and fine tannins. Very food friendly and absolutely delicious.
Cellier Lingot-Martin "Cerdon Bugey"- 100% Gamay from Alpine foothills of eastern France. Slightly sparkling and off-dry, low ABV% 8%! Fresh-picked strawberries, red currants, baking spice. Delightful on its own or with soft, salty cheeses, crispy snacks.
