100% Pinot Noir from Chorey-les-Beaune, Burgundy, France.  All organically grown, fermented with indigenous yeast in old barrels.  Small production from multi-generational family winery.  Delicate, enticingly perfumed with fresh floral, cherry/earth and medium acidity.
