100% Pais grape, all organically grown in Portezuelo, Chile.  Fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks. Delicate, fresh and vibrant style, low in tannin/high acidity.  Raspberry/cranberry/wild herbs/pepper.  A chill-able red picnic wine!
