100% Gamay, all organically grown and fermented in whole clusters with ambient yeast in neutral tanks/matured in large, neutral oak barrels by winemaker Nicole Chanrion.  Fresh-picked floral aromatics, crushed berry fruit/ superfine tannins and soft acidity.  Absolutely delicious.
