Mostly Sangiovese, some Canaiolo from Chianti, Tuscany.  Organically farmed vineyards and olive groves south of Florence.  Medium-bodied, red fruits/orange peel/tobacco leaf, fresh acidity.  Classic pasta pairing for a reason!
