100% Nebbiolo from a single vineyard (cru) in Neive, Barbaresco, Piemonte.  Organically grown, hand-harvested, and fermented naturally with ambient yeast in large neutral oak barrels.  Matured for 24 months in large casks and one year in the bottle before release. 2020 Rio Sordo is drinking great already, elegant, savory.
