100% Cabernet Franc from Anjou, Loire Valley, France.  All organically grown grapes, hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast in neutral tanks.  Medium-bodied, with lovely red currant/pure black cherry notes and herbaceous aromatics with no green or underripe notes on the palate.
