100% Ribolla Gialla from small, family farm/winery adjacent to hilly, forested border with Slovenia.  900 year old property whose name means "the place of much sun" in old Friulano.  Sheep roam the vineyards.  All organically farmed, fermented with indigenous yeast in neutral tanks.  Bright, snappy and fresh with citrus/minerals.
