100% Negrik from Trentino, northern Italy.  Alpine wine from high elevation sites among the Dolomites.  High-toned and acid-driven red fruits (cranberry, pomegranate).  No oak.  All organic farming, indigenous yeast fermentation in neutral tanks.  Low ABV at 11.5%.
