100% Nebbiolo from Barolo, Piemonte, Italia.  All organically grown, hand-harvested, fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks.  Very light extraction Nebbiolo, on the fresh and floral side. Delightful with a slight chill as a picnic wine, or alongside mushroom risotto, cream sauce pasta dishes.
