100% Pinot Gris from Central Coast, CA.  "Brut Nature" = no residual sugar from fermentation.  All organically grown grapes, fermented on skins for a rosy hue (technically an "orange wine") and some tannic texture.  Drinks incredibly fresh and vibrant, crisp on the palate with a bone-dry finish.  Fermentation finishes in the bottle = Pet Nat!
