Sangiovese, Canaiolo from a single vineyard site in Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy.  All organically grown, fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks/ old French oak. Great vintage: 2019.  Red fruits/orange peel/tobacco leaf/spice. Bold pasta pairing or grill a steak!
