100% Sangiovese from Panzano, Chianti Classico, Toscana.  All organically grown, hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in neutral tanks.  18 months aging in older oak barrels.  Expressive and rewarding now but can be aged for a few years.  Slam-dunk pairing with pasta bolognese!
