100% Nebbiolo, all organically grown in single vineyard (one of the great crus of Barolo!) in Barolo, Piemonte, Italia.  3 generations of female winemakers on family property. Decant for a couple hours and enjoy with a sausage ragu pasta or stash in the cellar for another 5 or 10 years!
