Lambrusco Mantova from small, organic family farm/winery in Lombardia, in the only appellation outside Emilia-Romagna allowed to produce Lambrusco.  A pet-nat style sparkling wine with tart, wild dark fruit and some tannin.  Fantastic with Bolognese pasta!
