100% Baga grape, all biodynamically grown in Bairrada, Portugal.  Fermented in neutral tanks with ambient yeast.  Fine tannins and bright, lasting acidity give structure to a delicate red with great purity of fruit/mineral freshness.  From star winemaker Filipa Pato!
