100% Vermentino, all organicaly grown, fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks. Great winemaker Alberto Loi on his family property.  Sandy soils near the Mediterranean. 18 hours of skin contact during fermentation so "baby" orange wine.  Fresh, citrus/stone fruit, wild herbs, sea salty freshness.
