100% Saint Laurent grape, all biodynamically grown in Burgenland, Austria, by star winemaker Judith Beck.  Carbonic maceration fermentation with wild yeast.  Delicate, finely textured with high-toned, lip-smacking acidity, bursting with red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry). Small production. Bottled unfined/unfiltered with no added sulfites.
