Joseph-Jibril Rosé: New vintage just arrived! 100% Pinot Noir, all organically farmed, from single vineyard in Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA. Great purity of crunchy, youthful fruit/mineral freshness/high-toned, refreshing acidity. Picnic with antipasto, salty cheeses, cured meats, olives.

Domaine Gardies: "On S'en Fish": Another delightful chill-able option...organically farmed, carbonically macerated Grenache, Cinsault grapes from Languedoc, France. Lively/juicy/spicy fresh on the palate with soft acidity/ low tannin.

Mortellito "Cala Iancu": Cataratto, Grillo grapes from Sicilia, Italia. All organically farmed, fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks. Lively, vibrant and crisp with a distinct sea-salty freshness. Shrimp scampi!
