Sybille Kuntz Qualitatswein Trocken: 100% Riesling, all biodynamically grown on steep, slate-rich soils of Mosel Valley, Germany. Bright, crisp and mouthwatering with lime, green apple, mineral freshness. A palate refresher!
Silver Thread: Red and white grapes, all sustainably grown on Lake Seneca shore-side vineyards. Co-fermented and finished in the bottle for a naturally sparkling wine. Pet-Nat! Fresh and lively, hints of red fruits, clean and crisp acidity.
Broc Cellars: 100% Montepulciano, all organically grown in Fox Hill Vineyard, Mendocino, CA. Red-wine lover's rose, with more development and depth than a "light summer sipper". Bright and fresh berry fruit/herbs.
Birichino: Cinsault grapes, all organically grown in Bechtold Vineyard, Lodi, CA. Originally planted in 1865! Black cherry, wild strawberry, pomegranate. A wine of both depth and finesse. If you like Pinot Noir...
What We're Drinking Lately
Hand-picked seasonal selections from the shelves that are oh so delicious, especially when drunk outside.. A crisp, dry Riesling with green-apple freshness and citrus-y acidity, a Willamette Valley red showcasing the darker side of Gamay (blackberry, blood orange, fresh spice), super-crisp dry white from Piemonte, Italia in a LITER bottle, and the new vintage of a lively, aromatic red from Spain: all organically farmed Garnacha Tintorera from Castilla-La Mancha. Crushed berries, fresh pepper/earth.
