Lini 910 "Labrusca": From star winemaker Alicia Lini, 4th generation Lambrusco producer in Modena, Italia. Chill-able, crushable, fizzy and fresh sparkling red. Always appropriate for backyard grilling and chilling.
Seehof Kabinett "Elektrisch": 100% Riesling from Rheinhessen, Germany. Very slightly off-dry, zippy and indeed "elektrisch" on the palate with mouthwatering, honeyed fruit and crisp acidity.
Domaine Gardies: "On S'en Fish": Another delightful chill-able option...organically farmed, carbonically macerated Grenache, Cinsault grapes from Languedoc, France. Lively/juicy/spicy fresh on the palate with soft acidity/ low tannin.
Mortellito "Cala Iancu": Cataratto, Grillo grapes from Sicilia, Italia. All organically farmed, fermented with ambient yeast in neutral tanks. Lively, vibrant and crisp with a distinct sea-salty freshness. Shrimp scampi!

Domaine de la Bergerie- 100% Cabernet Franc, all organically grown on sandy, clay/schist soils in Anjou, Loire Valley, France. Medium-bodied, expressive and aromatic right out of the bottle: cherries, red currants, herbs, no green or underripe notes here.
Laberinto "Arcillas"- A red gem from a single, mountainside vineyard of old vines Pais, all organically grown and hand-harvested in Maule Valley, Chile. Fresh floral, spicy aromatics...Juicy blood orange/cherry fruit. From star winemaker Rafael Tirado. Delightful!
Lets Hauts Plateaux- Quintessential, refreshing, dry rose from Provence. Fresh floral aromatics, raspberry, cranberry, zippy and crisp.
Montrubi "Black"- 100% Garnacha from Catalonia, Spain. All organically grown, carbonically macerated in neutral tanks. Vibrant crushed berry fruit, soft acidity. Chill-able...
